Pre-Order Delivery Terms
Some of our products are made or assembled upon pre-order. In such cases:
Order preparation and dispatch take 6–8 weeks from the date of payment confirmation.
You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.
Once the item is ready, it will be shipped using your chosen delivery method.
Important: This timeline applies only to items marked as pre-order.
Standard Delivery (Within 3–5 Business Days)
All other (non-pre-order) orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services after the parcel has been handed over for delivery.
